Prices include the rental of the villa and all amenities and described services as well as utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi).  Upon booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount (or full payment if booking within 8 weeks of arrival).  The balance must be received 8 weeks before arrival.  Deposit and final payment should be made by bank transfer or PayPal.  Cancellation of booking is fully refundable if you cancel up to 95 days before day of arrival.  Between 94 and 65 days, a cancellation fee of 30% of the full price will be charged.  Reservation is non-refundable if cancelled within 65 days of arrival.  A 1.000 € damage deposit is required at the latest at check-in.

In compliance with Greek government's legislation, all short-term accommodation operators must collect upon check-in the new "Climate Crisis Resilience fee".  From March to October, this tax amounts to 10 euros per night for villas.
